Helen Orr

Helen Orr

Helen is the presenter of the And So To Bed show and composed the original songs that are featured. She is a Cambridge graduate, soprano scholar, and former TV/radio presenter. Before having her family she enjoyed a successful career as an artist signed to Decca Music, part of Universal Music Group.

Richard Martin

Richard Martin

Richard brought up his daughters with the premise that life was more fun if you sing. He has a business background in music production and licensing, and has developed music related brands for markets around the world. He co-produced an award winning series of children’s recordings for Marks & Spencer retail which sold 1/4m units in the UK.

Pat

Pat Marsh

Pat is a Fellow-Commoner at Magdalene College, Cambridge currently responsible for Alumni relations. Pat grew up in Tipton at the heart of the industrial Black Country. She has had a long business career formerly investing and running technology companies worldwide and latterly as Chairman of Birmingham Children' hospital NHS Trust and Chairman of the Philip Treacy millinery company. She has studied in Hull, Birmingham, Harvard and Cambridge whre she read for an MPhil at Magdalene in 1997-98.

Outside her academic interests Pat enjoys church music, collecting first editions of war poets and rowing. She has been for many years Chairman of Cambridge University Senior Ospreys. She is also a grandmother and passionate about educational tools for children to learn.

Geoff Haynes

Geoff heads up Fingerpost Digital Media who produce the ASTB films in conjunction with the Little Cambridge Company. Geoff was the Chief Executive of an NHS Trust in the southeast of England when he set up his video production company and has produced a wide range of promotional and documentary films for charitable and commercial companies over the last 20 years.

He has 3 children and 4 grandchildren who love to ‘road test’ the ASTB material as it is produced!
